A documentary on addiction is looking for families who are concerned about their loved one's addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. If you have a family member who was full of potential and their addiction is now is ruining their life, please reach out and tell us their story.
Please reply with your name, contact information, who in your family is struggling with an addiction and information about their current situation.
*Also open to stories of a friend submitting their addicted friend.
