-A 30 second video clip telling us why you should be Miss CFFNation. Swimwear attire preferred. We need to see you, but this video doesn’t need to be anything fancy. You can even film it on your phone! Easy.

-A signed copy of the appearance release consent form (the application attachment) OR an email clearly stating that you have read the consent form, fully agree to its term and want your email to act as a sign-off on the form.
