A new TV show for a leading food channel will be taking a behind-the-scenes look at successful dining establishments and what makes them work in their respective areas. We are seeking talented, fun and opinionated restaurant owners or managers who want to showcase their local restaurant's skills. We are open to all cuisine types but are especially interested in Italian restaurants.
