SEEKING BIOLOGICAL FATHER:
Were you abandoned as a child and are now searching for your father? Were you adopted and are looking for your biological father? Have you recently decided to track down your sperm donor father? Does a pre-existing health condition make finding your birth father necessary? Are you using a genealogy DNA testing service or any other services to help you in your search? Through your research, have you found a potential relative or sibling looking for the same person?

If you're searching for your biological father, MTV wants to hear your story.

Are you planning to attend the Little People of America's Convention in Seattle this summer? Are you looking to make new friends or meet a love match? Will this be your first time attending or have you been going for years? What will you do to prepare for the convention? Have you been talking to someone online who you will meet for the first time in Seattle? Are you planning to reconnect with old friends or make new ones? Are you anxious about traveling on your own? If you are a little person who is going to be at the 50th Anniversary Convention, MTV wants to hear your story.

Are you looking to gain? Are you someone who overeats with the specific intention of becoming overweight? Do you have an obsession with food or an appreciation of the feeling or appearance of being fat? Do you disregard what society deems as the appropriate body size or shape? Or are you too thin and looking to put on weight just so that you can feel normal? Have you set a goal in bodyweight or size that you're trying to reach? Have you encountered health problems or risks while trying to reach your goal?

I'M GETTING OUT OF PRISON
Are you leaving prison after serving your time? What will you be doing once you've regained your freedom? Will you be going home to your family and friends and trying to assimilate back into your old life? Or will you attempt to rebuild your life from scratch in a whole new place?

Are you worried about what the world beyond the fences and walls might have to offer you? Are you afraid to face the people you left behind? How will you handle this new-found freedom and the past you must revisit? If you are getting out of prison soon, MTV wants to hear from you.
